What we run on

Our core values

These were written for the people who work here, not for a website. They are the actual standard on the floor.

01

Family First

None of this matters without supporting the most important thing first. When someone here has to choose between the shop and their family, we want that to be an easy call.

02

Honor & Accountability

Things go wrong on custom work. We say so early, own it and fix it, rather than hoping you do not notice.

03

Improvement Each Day

A little better every day. Not a reinvention — just the next joint tighter than the last one.

04

Flexibility

Custom work changes. Plans shift, rooms measure differently, clients change their minds. We build a shop that can absorb that instead of resisting it.

05

Build with Humility

Collective success before individual achievement. Nobody here signs the table.

The partners

Family backed, and staying that way

It is how Lumber2Love started and how we intend to keep it. Ryan and Amanda built the first table in a garage, then could not stop — and the business still runs on the same footing it did then.

That is more than a working relationship. It is a trust that lets each of us make decisions without a committee, which is the only reason a shop this size can still take on one-off custom work.

Come see for yourself

The shop is open to visitors.

Walk the floor, see the slabs, put your hand on a finished top. It is the fastest way to understand the difference between this and a showroom.
