Residential shipping & delivery

How your table actually gets to you.

Most residential pieces are hand delivered by our own drivers or partners we've vetted — not
handed to a pallet network. Larger orders and commercial projects sometimes ship by freight, quoted
separately for that job.

Standard delivery vs white glove

Standard delivery is included in every order. White glove is an optional upgrade for anyone who
would rather not assemble a hardwood table themselves.

Included with every order

Standard Delivery

Included
  • Hand delivered by our own drivers or a vetted partner
  • One driver
  • Delivered to your door
  • The driver will often help bring it in — but plan on lending a hand
  • Assembly not included
  • Packaging removal not included
  • Setup not included

Most tables travel partly
disassembled so they fit through doorways. With standard delivery, final assembly is yours.

Optional upgrade

White Glove Delivery

$1,000
  • Two-person delivery team
  • Full assembly of your piece
  • All packaging removed and taken away
  • Complete setup in the room you want it
  • Nothing left for you to lift, build or dispose of

Worth it for large tables,
tight staircases, or if you'd simply rather it arrive finished and in place.

Timeline

From order to your dining room

Step 01We build it

Approximately 8–10 weeks for residential pieces, because it's made to order. Custom work can take longer, and we'll tell you if it will.

Step 02It leaves the shop

You'll hear from us when your piece is finished and on its way.

Step 03Transit

Typically 1–10 business days from that notification, depending on distance.

Please inspect your piece on arrival

Look it over before the delivery team leaves. If anything is damaged, note it and send the item back
with them — that's what lets us put it right at no cost to you.

Once a piece is accepted without damage being documented, any repair becomes the customer's
responsibility. It takes two minutes and it protects you.

Common questions

Shipping FAQs

Do you use a freight company?

Sometimes, but not for most residential orders. A typical dining table is hand delivered by our own drivers or a delivery partner we've vetted, rather than going onto a pallet network. Larger orders and commercial projects do ship by freight, and when they do it's quoted separately for that job so you can see exactly what it costs.

Will they bring it inside?

Standard delivery is transportation to your door. The driver will usually help get it inside, but it's one person and a hardwood table is heavy — plan on someone being there to help. If you'd rather it arrived carried in, assembled and set up with nothing left for you to lift, that's what white glove is for.

Why does it arrive partly disassembled?

So it fits through your doorways. A finished ten-foot table doesn't go around most staircases. Bases and tops travel separately and come together in the room.

Is white glove worth $1,000?

It depends on the piece and your house. For a large table, a difficult stairwell, or if you'd rather not deal with assembly and packaging disposal at all, it removes the entire job. For a smaller table with easy access, plenty of customers handle standard delivery fine.

Can I add white glove after ordering?

Get in touch as early as you can and we'll sort it out before your piece ships.

What if something is damaged?

Note it at delivery and return the item with the delivery team. That's the cleanest path to a fix. Contact us straight away and we'll take it from there.
